document.writeln('southern section were covered with downed trees, likely left from a late  spring ');
document.writeln('rain and wind storm.&nbsp; As work was beginning there, trails in the  north were ');
document.writeln('found to be in very good shape.&nbsp; As always, brushing is a never  ending ');
document.writeln('need.&nbsp; We also have&nbsp;several beaver dams&nbsp;that are causing  some ');
document.writeln('flooding&nbsp;of the regular trails.&nbsp;These will need to be marked  as ice ');

document.writeln('homemade pies.&nbsp; This year we served about 150 dinners.&nbsp;  Everyone ');
document.writeln('seemed to enjoy the dinner.&nbsp; Club members worked very hard  preparing ');
document.writeln('squash, potatoes, and cabbage&nbsp;for the dinner; serving the dinner;  and ');
document.writeln('cleaning up afterward.&nbsp;&nbsp;But the dinner was successful and we  made some ');
